Life Care Center of East Ridge is deep-rooted in the tradition of quality care and putting our patients and residents first. Located close to the Georgia border and easily accessible from Interstate 75 and Interstate 24. Our beautiful new facility is less than two miles from Parkridge East Hospital, making us a perfect choice for short-term rehabilitation, long-term care and post-operative recovery.
When the original Life Care Center of East Ridge opened in 1972, it was one of the six original Life Care Centers of America facilities and was the premier nursing home and rehabilitation center in East Ridge, Tennessee, for more than 40 years before closing for construction in 2015. Our newly built facility opened in the same location in Spring 2017, and continues the tradition of helping patients regain as much independence as possible and tailoring individualized care for each resident’s needs.
Life Care Center of East Ridge now features inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation in a 4,000 square foot rehab gym, with 24-hour skilled nursing care and an in-house team of therapists and nurses who use state-of-the-art equipment, modalities and treatment programs. Stop by today for a free tour and discover how Life Care Center of East Ridge continues a neighborhood tradition of being a premier nursing home in our area.
Life Care Centers of America is honored to publish LEADER magazine, a yearly publication sharing the special stories and unique accomplishments of several of our amazing residents.
One such resident is Claude Ogle, a 101-year-old resident of Life Care Center of Cleveland, Tennessee. Ogle has a charming smile and sharp wit, which has earned him great popularity around the facility and in the community. In 2015, Ogle was even named "Mr. Life Care!"
Enjoy Ogle's story, as well as the stories of seven other residents from around the country, in the latest issue of LEADER magazine, available at your local Life Care center or online.
